Scholarship / Internship Programs

Educational and training programs throughout Australia have produced excellent seafarers and CSL Australia is proud to collaborate with some of the institutions that offer them.

CSL Australia offers cadetships at the Australian Maritime College in Launceston. We also support Maritime Employees Training Limited (METL) in their training of new entrant Integrated Ratings.

Our cadetships provide new seafarers with the opportunity to study the requisite courses and gain the required seagoing hours aboard our vessels. At the end of this experience, cadets will have the qualifications and sea time required to become a deck officer or an engineer officer.
